Yves-Charles, the owner of Perceval, was once a Michelin-starred restaurant owner-chef in Paris. He was to create his own table after encountering a sharply cutting folding called Le Francais. The 9.47 was born from the very simple idea of creating a table with the same sharpness as Le Francais. This 9.47, his signature piece, captivates many with its sharpness, capable of effortlessly slicing through everything from squid flesh to thick beef stew, as well as its beautiful design and ergonomically crafted handle. Simple yet elegant, the 9.47 stands out with its timeless, sophisticated form.

Origin of the name: The idea came about while drinking a Nouveau wine with an alcohol content of 9.47% brought by a friend, winemaker Stéphane Magne of Peyra from the Auvergne region, who was present at a dinner party.

Full tang table , screw-fastened.
Micro-refinement and homogenization through cryogenic treatment after quenching, and angle setting at low speed to maintain steel quality. Assembly, sharpening, and finishing are all handled by artisans in the workshop.
